Following installation of your specialist EFS Ltd dust or fume extraction unit and associated components EFS Ltd offers every client a full service contract, with site visits taking place at least every 12 months. These comply with current COSHH legislation and combine servicing with Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) test certification. Not only will our specialist engineers conduct full system tests during routine visits, they will also utilise their expertise and experience to suggest recommendations on resolving any faults or problems. On acceptance of our service contract, an LEV register is provided by EFS Ltd and each visit is logged and signed for.
Without periodic inspection and the adjustment and replacement of components by experienced personnel, plant and equipment will soon become inefficient, creating potential health problems for an employer's workforce and increased repair costs in the long term. Diagnosis and repair, carried out in the early stage, can prevent hazards and expenditure.
It is recommended that all equipment and components are maintained by the end user in line with the service manual, which is provided, with each installation. Many clients however, prefer to engage EFS ltd to carry out inspection and service work on a programmed basis, giving them the reassurance of early detection and resolution of potential problems. This one stop solution gives clients more time to get on with the important task of running their business with the peace of mind that their Dust and fume extraction equipment are in the care of professionals.
